Ready to explore the world of Palworld with your pals? This handy guide explains how to jump into online multiplayer, build your Poké-empire, and blast baddies with friends.
Does Palworld Have Multiplayer?
Absolutely! You can enjoy Palworld in two ways:
- Private Co-op: Up to four friends can join you in your personal save file, creating a customized adventure together.
- Public Servers: Dive into bustling 32-player servers, team up with strangers, and conquer the wilderness as a community.
Dedicated servers are even on the horizon, giving you ultimate control over your multiplayer experience.
Hold On, Can I Play With Friends on the Couch?
Unfortunately, split-screen and local multiplayer are not currently available in Palworld. But hey, online adventures have their own charm, right? Plus, cross-platform play is coming soon, so you can unite with your buddies regardless of console!
Let’s Get This Party Started:
Hosting a Co-op Adventure:
- Create or load a world: When making a new world, check the “Multiplayer” box. Existing worlds can be switched to multiplayer in the “World Settings.”
- Unleash the invite code: Pause the game and head to the “Options” menu. Click “Reveal Invite Code” and share it with your pals.
- Friends, assemble! Your comrades can now select “Join Multiplayer Game (Invite Code)” on the main menu and enter your code to join your world.
Joining the Fun:
- Get the code: Ask your host for the invite code, their precious password to your shared Palworld adventure.
- Ready, Set, Join! Back on the main menu, select “Join Multiplayer Game (Invite Code)” and paste in the code. Boom, you’re in!
Remember:
- Keep it fresh: Invite codes change every time you load your world, so grab a new one each session.
- No platform prejudice: Cross-play is coming soon, so hold tight until you can team up with friends across systems.
With these tips, you’re ready to conquer Palworld with your squad! Remember, teamwork makes the dream work, especially when that dream involves taming adorable monsters and shooting them at your enemies. Now go forth, build your utopia, and paint the town (or wilderness) red (or blue, or whatever color your bullets are).
